Rachael Cook

 Rachael Leigh Cook (born October 4 1979) is an American actress, model and singer. She was a part of the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995) She's All That(99) and Josie and the Pussycats (2000) and in the TV series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart is her voice. Rachael Cook was the child of Thomas Howard Cook, an ex-stand-up comedian , who is now a social worker, and JoAnn Cook, a weaver and instructor of cooking. Cook is part Italian. Cook made her debut for the first time in a public service ad for foster care at seven years old. She began her career as an infant model when she was 10, appearing in national advertisements for Target and on Milk-Bone dog biscuits. Cook was educated at Clara Barton Open School and Laurel Springs School. She also was a student at Minneapolis South High School.
